Would things get any better。 。worse?Turns out she got hired to help promote the new Conference Center and publicize the winning wedding couple ( Taylor and Tyler) as they won a "real cowboy wedding"。 Turns out as much as the bride wants a flashy wedding, few people trust or even like the groom。 That puts Lindy on guard as her budding career hinges on these contest winners Meanwhile, that Sheriff who wrote her a ticket keeps coming into the picture。 Will it bloom into a relationship? You're gonna have to get the book set to find that out。Highly Recommended 5/5 。。。more
Mari,
Chautona HavigI am reviewing this book based solely on the last story。 Chautona is one of my favorite authors。 I love her real characters and how she weaves Jesus into every story without ever “preaching”。 Her stories inspire me to walk more closely with the Lord and to see others through Christ’s eyes。 I do not enjoy anthologies or novella collections but I always buy any book that has her stories in them。 I wish she would go back to writing full length novels and not make me have to sift throu Chautona HavigI am reviewing this book based solely on the last story。 Chautona is one of my favorite authors。 I love her real characters and how she weaves Jesus into every story without ever “preaching”。 Her stories inspire me to walk more closely with the Lord and to see others through Christ’s eyes。 I do not enjoy anthologies or novella collections but I always buy any book that has her stories in them。 I wish she would go back to writing full length novels and not make me have to sift through other authors。 I am not a fan of Christian chick lit and she is one of the only authors I will read。 This story is beautiful and feels utterly unfinished and too short but beautiful and Christ centered too。 。。。more

It was just what I needed to get into the holiday spirit and now I want to decorate my house! I highly recommend you pick this collection up; it will bring a smile to your face and warm fuzzies to your heart! 。。。more

Allyson Anthony,
Can't Fight the Mistletoe Jaycee Weaver – This sweet Christmas novella involves an activities director and her nemesis from her school planning a fun Christmas themed wedding for a couple at a retirement community。 The banter between the two main characters, forced proximity, humor, and a holiday wedding made this story a fun romcom read。The Last Mountain Christmas by Teresa Tysinger – This was a sweet Christmas read。 Two families have been celebrating Christmas together at a mountain cabin for Can't Fight the Mistletoe Jaycee Weaver – This sweet Christmas novella involves an activities director and her nemesis from her school planning a fun Christmas themed wedding for a couple at a retirement community。 The banter between the two main characters, forced proximity, humor, and a holiday wedding made this story a fun romcom read。The Last Mountain Christmas by Teresa Tysinger – This was a sweet Christmas read。 Two families have been celebrating Christmas together at a mountain cabin for 2 decades。 Four years ago, Owen Reynolds stopped coming to the cabin for Christmas。 This year he shows up, and he and Chelsea Macintosh learn that their parents are selling the cabin。 On top of that, Chelsea's younger sister is engaged and wants her wedding to be at their cabin before it is sold。 Owen has been hurt from a past romantic relationship, and Chelsea had her heart broken by Owen, who didn't know that she had a crush on him when they were teenagers。 This story had a cozy Christmas vibe with some matchmaking, Owen and Chelsea planning Chelsea's sister and her fiancé, forgiveness, and romance。 Hashtag Hitched at Christmas by Cathe Swanson was a cozy Christmas read。 Social media influencer Lindy's great aunt Clara hires Lindy to come to Montana to market a conference center as a wedding venue because Golden Valley needed to be saved。 She also is to assist with a wedding。 The first encounter between Lindy and Sheriff Wyatt was when he pulled her over for driving too slow。 The characters and banter among the characters were amazing, and Wyatt wasn't too sure if Lindy, a city girl, can help bring more people to Golden Valley。 This story had an interesting meet cute between the two main characters, the two main characters getting to know each other, and a bit of mystery to it as someone's not too thrilled about the changes coming to town。 Wyatt has his hands somewhat full with his dad who was opposed to the conference center, the new changes coming to the city, and Lindy has to figure out what to do career wise while helping with the wedding that they are putting on。The Lights of New Cheltenham by Chautona Havig was an adorable read。 Crystal Steele, after losing her job, heads to New Cheltenham to help Jarod and Ellie with their wedding。 She meets Lewis Chambers who suddenly finds himself the guardian of his niece Lucy he didn't know existed。 This story has a bit of a mystery involved, wedding plans gone wrong, Lewis navigating raising Lucy, and romance。 If you enjoy Christmas reads with banter, great characters, romance, and weddings, then this is for you。 I received a complimentary copy of this book。 All thoughts and opinions are my own。 。。。more
